Was referred to Precision by a friend. Precision is a professional, well run company. Our technician was Paulino and he was on time and very courteous. Said he has been working on garage doors for over 15 years. Quickly got our door working again. I would not risk calling any other garage door company, you never know who is going to show up.

Everything and everyone was very professional. They send an email confirming appointment time and place right after we book the appointment, James our technician calls us ahead of time to let us know he is coming and shows up in the 2 hour window he said he would. He explains the work that needs to be done and the price and quickly gets our door working again. Highly recommend.

I called on a Saturday morning and they were actually able to get someone over that afternoon to not only look at it, but actually fixed the door while they were there by installing new springs and rollers.
