Precision is a very responsive company. They answer the phone, call when on way, give us multiple options for repair. My garage door needed minor repairs but I opted to have all new rollers installed. It is smooth and was never so quiet.

Mike was initially scheduled for a simple fix-our new house needed 2 remote opener, however, when he got onsite, he found out that our motor wasn't able to pair with the remote. So he explained us in details about the situation, and helped us decide what to do. We in the end decided to replace the motor and the belt, and Mike skipped his lunch and started to work on them right away. It was a hot day, around 95 degree in Sunnyvale, but Mike didn't complain or told us to schedule another time, he just did it! Within 1 hour, as he promised, everything was done. He installed a new motor and belt, then gave us a new touch pad and a wall controller, and programmed our remote! We tested it, everything worked great. At last, he gave us some tips and left the instruction for us. Mike is super professional and his personality is just so nice. We will definitely recommend Precision to all family and friends, especially Mike. Thank you so much, Mike! We really appreciate everything you did for us!

You sent out a man to repair my garage door opener. After examining it thoroughly, he couldn't figure out what the problem was. So I paid him for his time and he left. Now I'm out $49.95 and I don't know any more than I did before he came here. That sucks!
