I called Precision with symptom of intermittent operation/door stopping part way up, & arranged time slot between 12:30pm & 4:30pm same day. Tech called me at 1:10pm that he is en-route and arrived on time 35 minutes later. David listened to symptoms, asked questions about door usage frequency, described his assessment of problem. He explained primary must do repair and related secondary repairs he may suggest depending on what he finds as he starts the work. He allowed me to choose among necessary work and what options I can afford. He showed total cost on his tablet for me to see range of cost. Initial cost higher than expected. David made it easy to understand what is needed and could be deferred. Very happy with courteous and competent service.

Our first experience was dreadful. We had the worst service representative ever. The manager was hard to deal with as well back a year ago. I will now retract my comments to the present situation. We just had Paul Brinkman come out and he made everything so very pleasant. He was polite, through and very knowledgeable. We definitely will be calling for him to install our next opener. Thank you I now send an original 1 vote from a year ago to a 10 now.

Spring popped on my garage door after 10 years of use. Paul arrived on time and was able to provide 3 options/estimates for the repair/upgrade to my garage door. The technician that serviced our garage door was Paul Brinkman. He upgraded our obsolete LiftMaster garage door opener with a new model, complete with wall control panel, sensors, new quiet rollers, keyless entry, remotes and basic operation, and training on new technology and safety features. He was friendly, professional and efficient throughout installation. He did an excellent job, represented the company well and I recommend him based on his working knowledge, skills and customer service.

Phillip N was our garage installer technician. He came out promptly at the 8 am time frame, which was great so we didn't have to wait for him to arrive. He evaluated our garage issue and immediately figured out the issue. It wasn't a motor issue but a broken spring. He was able to give me options which were detailed and allowed me to make an informed decision. He repaired the spring and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very polite, professional and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors. When we need work done in the future, I know where to go immediately. Thanks.

Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived on time. He was very patient explaining the problem to me. As my garage door was 12 years old. The torsion spring was broken and needed to be replaced; so were the bearings. The rollers need to be upgraded. He did all that and fine tuned the garage door operation in an hour or so, and all by himself. He was very courteous and professional. My very old garage door opener finally quit working. I was pretty sure the opener was not fixable plus it was 26 years old & had not been working properly for months. After reading the advertisements in the paper & seeing the commercials on TV. I decided to call Precision for an appointment. I was sure I needed a new garage door opener but I also wanted to get an evaluation on how to bring my garage door into the 21st century. I made an appointment online for Monday 7/15 between 8am-12noon. Brandon called me at 9:00am & told me he was on the way to my house. Brandon Brooks arrived at 9:30. He was friendly, courteous, & professional. He evaluated my situation and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a fair price so I agreed to have him do the suggested work. Brandon started working immediately--2 1/2 hours later the job was fully done. New garage door opener, new key pads, new remotes, & more. The garage door works fantastic now! A big thanks to "5 star" Brandon Brooks! Brandon was very personable & easy to talk to through-out the installation. I had an excellent experience with Precision, and highly recommend technician Brandon Brooks.

Mr. Singh, Your Mission statement true to it's core/ Write a review. Philip Nguyen explained how outdated our unit was and pretty much determined we fell under a obsolescence condition. Philip was to us was very courteous and professional asking do you have any questions for me..Good follow up. Personally I posted 30 plus years in the Hi-Tech world and I kinda know people.
