Jose’s technical skills, knowledge and expertise provided me with the confidence to approve the estimate and have the garage door opener installed. When first meeting with me, Jose introduced himself with a genuine smile. Something that is unique today. Prior to installing the opener Jose evaluated my current rails, Springs, wheels, etc. then he walked me through different estimates while showing me what he was explaining. Jose never pushed an estimate. He just explained what my old door system was like, and what needed to be repaired in order to support this new garage door opener. While closing our garage door this morning one of the torsion springs broke in half. I called Precision Garage Door for repair and was able to schedule an inspection that morning. Their service technician, Caleb Winchester, arrived within the scheduled time, inspected the door, explained the repair options and did an excellent job replacing all the worn & broken parts. Our older garage door jammed up on a Saturday morning, so I jumped online and found Precision. It was simple to schedule my same day appointment. Their employee Sheridan showed up, inspected, then diagnosed several issues. I agreed to pretty much a rebuild. All rollers replaced, spring mechanism, sensors, and he also beefed up many areas that needed additional screws. I was impressed to see that Sheridan had all parts in his truck, and within a couple of hours my garage door operated like new! Highly recommended!

Paul came late Sunday to do a check on our garage door because the lift motor was struggling. Turns out the original installer (a different company) put inthe wrong springs. He fixed it all the same evening and it works great now.
