Joel was prompt and efficient. We had springs break a couple of years ago and this time our sensors weren't working properly so he replaced them and serviced the door as well. He came out and replaced them for us. He is a pleasure to work with; explained all costs; was timely and got the job done well. It was nice to have him return to my home since I'd worked with him before and he'd done a great job then and now!

Precision’s service person, David, did a very thorough job repairing our garage door tensioner spring assembly. We were a little sticker shocked at the cost, but really can’t complain as that assembly is original to the house. So that’s 26-27 years.
