Paul Brinkman is the tech who came to my house at 7 pm and he was amazing. First, he called me at 5 pm to give me a heads up that he was doing another job and would not be at myhouse for at least another 2 hours. That was extremely helpful to be able to plan ahead. When he arrived, he showed me the issues with my garage door mechanisms and gave me price options. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and he worked very hard on this job. I really appreciated that he came to my house so late at night because I really needed my door to be fixed, and would have been in a bind if we had to wait until the following day. It was a late night but very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone who asks. THANK YOU PAUL!

My garage door failed on a weekend. I tried to contact several repair services but none answered my inquiry, even though their web site said they were open, except Precision. Appointment was set from noon to 4 PM. The technitians arrived at noon and left at 1:39 PM. What a crew was that! A number of parts such as new steel bearing rollers and springs were installed in record time. It made me admire the knowledge and efficiency of Mr. Mario Mojica. His advice was the one of an absolute expert in the field. He new what was needed, why it was needed and the price. All necessary repairs were performed after giving me detailed explanations of his findings. I was not only impressed but also delighted. My garage door functions like a new one and I will not contact any other company if a future repair was needed.

On 8/28 experienced a failure on the home’s garage door – called Precision Garage Door and they understood the urgency and scheduled an appointment the following morning, mentioned the repair technician would be at the house between 8:00 and 12:00pm. The repairs to the garage door/Liftmaster were done by Phillip, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The initial problem, broken spring, was fixed along with replacement of worn parts (rollers and end bearing plates). He gave us instructions for remote controls and regarding the loss of power and manual feature, which I tried and was pleased to know I will be able to do this. We had to wait till the evening for the service appointment, but it was worth it not to have to worry and I can get my car out of the garage now, Thank you and Phillip too.

My garage door was not working and so I called Precision. Jerry, technician, assigned for my work was out on a job and gave me time he would be coming. He called beforehand and arrived on time. Jerry is a great technician with tons of knowledge. He explained each and every part of the system as he was checking it and let me know the pros and cons of the different type of parts. He completed inspection and gave me 3 options to choose from to get the work done. No sales pressure! I selected the option and he got the job done in a very short time. Very impressed with Precision as I called on a Saturday around 3:30 p.m. and they schedule an appointment between 10-2 on Sunday. At 9:45 a.m. I received a phone call from the technician, Jonathan, letting me know he was en route and would be at my house around 10:15 a.m. At 10:15 a.m. he knocked on my door, within 2 minutes of him walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. My garage door was working again by 10:45 a.m. He was very professional, explained things, and went over and beyond by lubricating all parts. My garage door is so quiet, you cannot hear it open anymore as you could before. The repairs came with a three-year warranty. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Jonathan.
