Doug came out the same day and was extremely professional and courteous. He concluded quickly that the door manufactured by "Overhead Door" company was not repairable with the hardware he carried without significant alteration to the design. Recommended either getting a new door or get the original hardware. You cannot dream of a better service these day and age. Highly recommend these guys!!!

The garage door was installed by San Jose Garage Door (your company I believe)about 14 years ago. The mortoe had finally burned out. The tech said the door itself was still in great condition so jhe reoplacve the motor, rail, etc, and readjusted the door, after he was finished, two hrs. later the only evidence that he had been here was asuper quiet smooth running garage door. Great Job!!!
