I am extremely happy with my new garage door purchase from Precision Door Service. From the call to set up the appointment, to the new service consultant to installation, 100% professional service. It took me a few weeks to finally place my order as I wanted to get a few other quotes. I found that Precision was at least as lower than Home Depot and I was dealing with Professionals. I shouldn't have waited so long, Precision was the best price by far. When I finally placed my order, it took a few weeks to set up the install. The installer was scheduled for 10 am and called me at 9:15 that morning and arrived a few minutes early as promised. He got right to work and completely upgraded my garage door from a creaking scary monstrosity to a smooth running, digitally connected battery backed dream! Warning: once you get a new smooth garage door from Precision, you will have to clean your garage! It is now a place you want to hang out in and my only thoughts was WHY DID I WAIT! It does take a little time ( I was quoted 5 hour install and it took a few minutes less) BUT WORTH IT! Love this company, happy and satisfied with the results and am positive should anything go wrong, I will have them back out right away. VERY IMPRESSED.. Thanks TEAM Precision!

We chose Precision Garage Door for our garage door problems based on past experience with them several years ago. They also have multiple certifications and qualifications e.g. Diamond certified, BBB, Angie's List, and a ton of good reviews on Yelp! The technician gave us a telephone heads up as to his estimated time of arrival, was courteous, listened intently to our story, and went into a reasoned diagnostic mode, explaining what he was doing. The service we required this time was for a faulty sensor which had failed - but we thought it was the push button switch. The technician asked good questions after we described our problem, tested out the control and verified his suspicion that the electric "eye" sensors at the door were responsible. After agreeing to the estimate for installing new sensors, the technician, Mike, installed a new set of sensors, verified the system functioning properly and then had us test the operation to our satisfaction before asking for payment. From start to finish the tech took less time that I though it would.

Jerry P came out for the service call. It was obvious he liked what he does. Turns out it was a small adjustment needed to the motor so it the door would work properly. He offered a couple of maintenance tips so I asked what would it be? Very reasonable for the swift, quality, knowledgeable and thorough effort.

Garage door spring broke and door wouldn’t open. Precision door service was available, responsive and capable with certified, trained technicians. Erik came over to our house within 4 hours from our initial call and during the scheduled time. Erik even communicated twice with us regarding an ETA. After his thorough analysis of the problem, Erik provided a clear estimate and completed the work capably and in just over two hours due to the complexity of the problem. I plan to call on Erik and Precision again in case our motor needs replaced and I would highly recommend them.

The technician was on time and very courteous. The costs seem very excessive and why did I have to pay a service charge? I agreed for him to perform the work, he did give me a senior discount and a 50% discount on the service charge but why am I having to pay a service charge when I have agreed to a very expensive repair. Good work but way too expensive.

The spring on our garage door broke on Saturday morning. I called precision and they had a man out to fix it by 3:00pm. Jerry explained everything to us and did a great job. We would recommend Jerry and Precision Door to all. We did upgrade our opener. It was so old you couldn’t get parts for it anymore. The door works like a charm. Very quiet and much safer. Good service but unreasonable price, especially for cables. They take 15 minutes to install and cost me $386. Parts maybe cost $12 each. Not happy with that. After my repair I checked average prices and my bill was right at the very top. I learned my lesson. Shop around.

Our garage door spring broke the day after Thanksgiving. I chose to call Precision Door service based on Excellent reviews and rating on Google and they truly delivered. I got a next day appointment on a holiday weekend in spite of rain and cold, windy weather. Brandon arrived on time after his earlier call and diagnosed the problem immediately and also pointed out that rollers, drums and several bearings were worn out (they were 30+ years old which came with the door). He went over the options and we chose to get them replaced instead of a new door. The job was done very efficiently and professionally. Our garage door is now very quiet and smooth like a new one and we saved a bunch of money. Thanks for an outstanding service. Highly recommended.

The professional showed up within the 4-hour window. He went through a though check of every component of the system. He explained very clearly what components needed to be replaced. Then he used a pad connected to the office via internet to give me a quote. He completed installing a new opener and replaced all defected components within three hours.
