Five Stars for Technician Chad. He expertly assessed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me several options to solve the problem. He did a great job answering all my questions. He replaced my 21 y.o. door opener with a new screw drive opener. It works perfectly. I am very happy with the outstanding service, professionalism and outcome of Precision and their excellent Technician, Chad Wolffe.

Hello! Mike from Precision Door just left and fixed my garage door in 5 minutes! It wouldn't close. He found the broken wire immediately, put it back together and was on his way! He also gave me a much earlier arrival option, which really helped my schedule today. Thanks, MIKE....????

Garage door spring broke into two pieces last nite at 9pm Call Precision Garage door at 910pm, they answered my call immediately and set me up for a technician to come and fix it on Friday (11/11 Veteran's day) between 8am to noon. Got a call from technician telling me the exact time that he will show up Technician Rafael showed up on time, very professional and quick.
