Five Stars for Technician Chad. He expertly assessed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me several options to solve the problem. He did a great job answering all my questions. He replaced my 21 y.o. door opener with a new screw drive opener. It works perfectly. I am very happy with the outstanding service, professionalism and outcome of Precision and their excellent Technician, Chad Wolffe.

Garage door spring broke into two pieces last nite at 9pm Call Precision Garage door at 910pm, they answered my call immediately and set me up for a technician to come and fix it on Friday (11/11 Veteran's day) between 8am to noon.
