Mike was flexible and showed up on time. When he arrived he was able to get evaluate what was wrong with our garage door. The springs on our garage was not working as it should and he spotted it right away. Glad we found Precision Door Service while we were doing our yellow pages/ yelp research. Glad we called them. The springs on our garage door was making some loud noises when we would open and close our garage. One day they just snapped! We decided to call Precision Door Services so they can fix our springs! Never used Precision before but found them on Angie's List. Called because they guaranteed that someone would answer my call 24/7 (they did on 2nd ring) and could do same day service anywhere in the bay area. Well, they did what they promised. Brandon shows up at my house on time after calling to tell me when to expect him and was a model for customer service.
