As a senior citizen I am wary of repair people so I was on my guard. Hector offered me 3 options to repair my garage. He did not pressure me at all. I took the best option because I don't like things to break and I want the repairs to last. He did the work and I gave him 5 stars.

I can't think of a smoother, more thorough and agreeable company to work with. Tina runs a super office, booked me in the day after my call for service. The two men arrived on time and were super. One was a super pro and the other a super pro in training. I knew I was in good hands. They eliminated the little hic-cup, did a little tightening and lubing and our garage door in question was back to lifting and lowering with no hitches or knocks.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone who wants a no surprises experience. They send a confirmation email of when your appointment is and who will be your technician (who you can see their picture and bio on the website), call ahead so you know when they are coming, sent this guy Paulino who is really experienced and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Then the owner follows up to see if your are satisfied. Great company!

I loved the fact that we were guaranteed an appointment the same day and that the yellow pages ad also guaranteed that all technicians are sent out with all parts...no waiting for parts needed! Our technician, Mike R., was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem within 10-15 minutes of getting started and made sure that it was working properly before leaving. Called Precision early on a Saturday morning and technician, Malek, was in touch with me in 10 minutes.Showed up when he said he would about 40 minutes later. He was respectful and knowlegeable.
