Josh did and excellent job of repairing our garage door. His custom service was the best. He explained all our options, did not push us to buy but helped us make our own decisions. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with garage doors and will definitely use them again for any future needs. One of the best run companies I have come across.

My garage door Torsion Spring broke in 2004, I called Precision Garage Door to replace it. It was broken yesterday and I called again, immediately they send Mario to replace it again with 50% service call discount. Mario did an fantastic job in 1 hour and I only need to pay he labor cost of replacing the spring, as it was under 10 years warranty.

And they did the good service but as I did not have time to compare service fees I was panicking for the price I paid for this unexpected situation. I was impressed with the owner Pat who has listened to my concern and took a look at my invoice and gave me a discount. More than the discount I was so grateful to be heard. I chose Precision from the Diamond Certified options because it claimed 24-hour phone support and same-day service. The technician was right on time, and completed the work (replaced spring and general maintenance) in about one hour. I give 5 stars.
