We are giving you a 5-Star rating. Our garage door would not open. Malek came on time. He was confident, polite, and competent. He told us because of age, (about 15 years), the springs were not working. He went over the different options with us on the repair, and we chose the package . This comes with a 10-year warranty on parts and one year on labor. He did the work efficiently in a little over half and hour. He even added a handle on the back door, noticing that it's hard for me to lift the door manually in the event electricity goes out. The garage door opens smoothly now, with much less noice than before. We would recommend Malek and your co.'s service.

She books Paulino to come to our home same day. He shows up on time, has fixed thousands of garage doors before and quickly figures out the problem with our garage door and garage opener system. Door works great. Happy to recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.
