Thank you for your feedback. I hope our conversation was helpful. Yes, we do charge more to install the parts than you can buy parts at a store. Our parts are higher quality than those sold in retail stores and many are made especially for Precision Garage Door. Additionally it is quite expensive in California to run a service business that comes to your home. We incur costs for people to answer the phone, training our technicians for months, worker's compensation insurance, payroll taxes, truck expenses, advertising...
