On 12/10/19, Mike, of Precision Door Service of San, Jose did a fantastic job of installing a new garage door motor. He came in a timely fashion and did the installation very quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and carefully explained how the new setup differed from our old one; of course remembering to give us 2 new remote controls for the door. As I said before, a wonderful job.

Good service but unreasonable price, especially for cables. They take 15 minutes to install and cost me $386. Parts maybe cost $12 each. Not happy with that. After my repair I checked average prices and my bill was right at the very top. I learned my lesson. Shop around.

This was the first time calling Precision Garage Door for service. I'm so glad I did! Mike R. was on time. Very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain how the garage door senior is suppose to work. Mike diagnosed the problem within a minute or two. On Monday, December 2, 2019, I had the opportunity to have service done on my garage remote by one of your service technician, Jerry. I would like to let you know the service I received was outstanding. He took time to explain what was done to get my remote operating again. He completed the work as if it belonged to him. Our garage door spring broke the day after Thanksgiving. I chose to call Precision Door service based on Excellent reviews and rating on Google and they truly delivered. I got a next day appointment on a holiday weekend in spite of rain and cold, windy weather. Brandon arrived on time after his earlier call and diagnosed the problem immediately and also pointed out that rollers, drums and several bearings were worn out (they were 30+ years old which came with the door). He went over the options and we chose to get them replaced instead of a new door. The job was done very efficiently and professionally. Our garage door is now very quiet and smooth like a new one and we saved a bunch of money. Thanks for an outstanding service. Highly recommended.

My garage door Torsion Spring broke in 2004, I called Precision Garage Door to replace it. It was broken yesterday and I called again, immediately they send Mario to replace it again with 50% service call discount. Mario did an fantastic job in 1 hour and I only need to pay he labor cost of replacing the spring, as it was under 10 years warranty.

The professional showed up within the 4-hour window. He went through a though check of every component of the system. He explained very clearly what components needed to be replaced. Then he used a pad connected to the office via internet to give me a quote. He completed installing a new opener and replaced all defected components within three hours. A invoice was sent to me after a few minutes to my email. The system works great! This is the second time we used Precision. The office answered the Hone calls promptly. Very professional!

My garage door stopped working halfway closed/open and it was getting late in the afternoon. I did not want to leave it that way overnight. Precision Garage Door sent Paul B. to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He promptly replaced the cables and got the door working. I was pleased with the great service.

I’m sure there are several garage door service companies in the greater bay area, however, Precision has to be the absolute best. Responding to you needs promptly. Excellent customer service in the office. Mike who has serviced and installed of our opener is the quintessential professional who really knows his stuff. Needed help with my garage door, which was not working properly. I found your information in a Diamond Certified Directory, From my initial call I was treated professionally and the employee that arrived, on time as promised, Jerry was very knowledgeable and explained his findings and what needed to be done to correct my issues. Service was completely promptly by Paulino. Thanks for coming out the next morning...HOWEVER... it cost us $1000 instead of $350 for just the springs! I had a broken spring on the left side...which meant both springs needed to be replaced for "safety" reasons. After looking at the door, Paulino suggested we replace the 4" rollers (10 of them $325.00) and 2 loose bearings ($250).... I felt it was a TOTAL up-sell (money maker for them)...and we didn't have time to look into what could possible be wrong with the rollers. Felt scammed. The job was complete in 45 minutes...FAST! That was a quick $1000 for Precision. Geez.

Garage door stopped working Sat. night and was very pleased to see that Precision worked on Sunday at no additional charge. Alex was our repair person. He was efficient, told us exactly what needed to be repaired and went to work to fix it. I was very pleased with his work.
