We called Friday afternoon, wanting someone to fix our two garage door openers which were 20+ years old and sounded SO LOUD. Joel Jaimez from Precision was sent from San Jose to drive to Aptos. Unfortunately, getting to Aptos from SJ on any Friday will take over two hours. Joel had our openers working in 3 minutes, but because he was so honest, we decided to have him replace BOTH openers. He was so patient (we are 70 years OA+), and even programmed my husbands Porsche to open the garage. Joel completed both garage systems in less than 2.5 hours. Precision is a great Company!!

Precision Garage Door offered a competitive price. The doors were on backorder with a promised lead time of up to four weeks. Communication during the waiting period was challenging, with little to no updates on the status. After six weeks, the doors finally arrived, and from that point, everything went smoothly thanks to Tina, the office manager. The installation team, Armando and Joel, were courteous, efficient, and completed the job in a timely manner.

My garage door was hit by a car and the bottom section broken off. Precision dispatched a repair technician during the weekend quickly. The technician, Paul Brinkman, is very knowledgeable and explained all the options to fix the door in detail, and did the great job to reattach the broken off piece back, and changed all the wearing off parts too. Very good experience and highly recommended.
