Paul called and said he was on the way. He arrived on time. After his examination, he explained my options to me thoroughly and in a way a novice could understand. After I made my decision, he proceeded with the project which was a complete garage door opener replacement. He worked steadily until the completion of the project. He took the time to explain how the new system worked and walked me through it all. I am completely happy with the product and all his work. We called your company at 10:30 pm on Saturday night because our garage door was broken...didn't know what was wrong. Tim answered your phone and said Alex could be there on Sunday morning between 8 am and 12 pm. Alex arrived at 8:40 am and was here until about 1 pm. He fixed the broken spring, replaced the rail, put new bearings in, and also replaced the sensors. He was extremely professional, explained everything to us, and completed the job in an efficient manner. He is definitely a 5 star guy. Thanks, Alex.

I was very pleased with the technician Phillip Nguyen. He was very informative about what he was doing and he showed me what to do to maintain the moving parts of the door and opener. To me it was a little pricey but never having anything done to the door prior to today I have nothing to compare it to. I would deffenently recomend this company to anyone.

Things always seem to break just when you think you are all caught up on bills!! ???????? A broken spring on my garage door left me unable to open the door & get my car out!! Luckily, that evening I found Precision while searching online & was able to chat with one of the customer reps & schedule an appt for the next morning!! Eric H. was our tech & he did a great job explaining what parts would need replacing (more than I expected, but definitely was needed) & I was able to apply some of the coupons available on the site!! Although this turned out to cost way more than anticipated, Eric gave me the confidence to know it was all worth it!! Oh & I do love the new opener & it's many features!! ????

The technician Mario was awesome, He is very professional and skilled in his profession. He did an excellent job with replacing the garage door opener, my husband and I is very pleased with the work performed. One of the downside and reflection on Mario,, is the companies pricing is very expensive.

Alex was great! My door was out of commission right in the middle of the corona virus. Alex arrived with his mask on, explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and started in. He was very efficient and had the job done in no time. I am a happy customer!
