Paul Brinkman was very helpful in fixing broken spring. We called around 5:45 p.m. and door was fixed by 10 p.m. Arrival was prompt and Paul pointed out several other maintenance issues in a clear manner. Will definitely use their service again.

We had Rodney F. come out and help us get into our garage after the spring failed in a spectacular fashion yesterday morning. He was WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough good things about Rodney. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! We called Precision Monday evening around 8pm and Rodney came to help us out by 9pm Tuesday night. Super fast turnaround. We are thrilled with the repair and I definitely know who to call if we need assistance in the future.
