We had several issues with our garage door that were sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t… Sterling came out and was able to actually determine 3-4 serious issues with our door. We are so very happy to say that we now have a garage door that should no work for the next 20+ years. I placed the repair request Sunday evening. Monday morning the installer called me advising me that he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. He evaluated the condition of the garage door and the garage door opening mechanism. After that, he gave me an honest appraisal of the recommended work that should be performed. He replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, and generally serviced the garage door. The installer was very polite and extremely efficient in the performance of his work.
