A spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday night. Sunday morning we discovered that we could not raise the door manually--both cars were trapped in the garage! James arrived that afternoon right on time. He was professional, very knowledgeable, personable, and hard-working. He replaced all our springs and the rollers and numerous other parts, and we now have a garage door that works smoothly and is under warranty for 7 years. We highly recommend the company and James.

Found Precision Garage Door on yelp. Had almost all 5 stars with new owners since 4/14, so I called. They send a technician named Mike who was courteous and very experienced. He did a great job repairing our garage door. Works great now. Will use Precision again if I ever have an issue.

I needed a door company to come out asap because my door quit and I had to have it working to pass the housing authority inspection for section 8 rental. The technichen-MIke came the next day and confirmed that I needed a new motor. In 11/2 hrs i had a new opener,upgrated to code and I can ow get my inspection due to the quick response to my call. My regular door company couldn't come out to next week which wouldn't work for me since i need to fly back to Hawaii in 4 days. Mike the tech was great when he was here on the job. You guys will get my second opener in about a month. Thanks, Mike

You don't meet many professionals that have been fixing garage doors for 20 years. Paulino was nice and no nonsense. He explained exactly what needed to be done and quickly fixed our door. I would recommend Precision and ask for Paulino if you can.
