We had a broken spring on our garage door. Called for repair, but wound up having a new garage door opener, new wiring, cables, rollers, etc. installed per the technician's (Paulino) recommendation. Our old opener was 15 yrs. old & pretty tired. The technician arrived on time, called before he arrived, was fast, efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Our new opener is fabulous. It has way better LED lighting, and operates quietly and smoothly. Love it. Would use Precision Garage door again in a heartbeat. Also, when I called for repair, the scheduler was very pleasant and professional. She arranged the earliest possible appointment within a few hours of my call. Amazing and redeems my faith in humanity.

The technician did a good job and fixed the current problem. However, a charge of over $400 for a one hour service call is excessive and I will not be using Precision Door Service again

Paulino came right on time, was able to open the stuck door then repaired both of our doors in a few hours. He had to replace two garage door openers, belt rail, torsion spring, rollers, drums, end bearing plates, center bearing plates and remote. He worked very hard and was always pleasant even though it was hot in the garage. We would definitely call Precision again and would surely recommend them for garage door repairs.

Performed a High Lift conversion with new rails and motor. Moises was the installer. He also performed the inspection 6 weeks before the work was done. Both were very professional and of high quality. He was patient and thorough when answering all of my questions.

I searched on Bing and they came up. I got an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time calling me to let me know they were on their way. Repairs were quick and replaced with new coils which are better than the ones I had. Great Job!

I felt comfortable starting with the initial phone call to the shop (can't say that about other shops I called). I was able to get an appointment the same day which was nice but not expected. Mario was the tech assigned to the call and he let me know when he was on the way. I needed a garage repair but didn't know what was amiss. He was personable, efficient, and I learned a few things in the process. And also arrived with mask and gloves due to the pandemic. I am hoping this was the solution needed (just had the service)! I would recommend.

Called for new openers and minor maintenance on a garage door at a new property. Received a kind human voice over the phone taking necessary information and a time slot for service the following morning. The technician arrived on time and called prior to arrival as promised. Thank you Amario for fixing our garage door. He was on time, polite, wore gloves and a mask. He was able to quote the damage for repairs and it was a very fair price. He was able to fix it in about 20 or 30 mins in 91 degree heat- it was way hotter in the garage. He was just so pleasant and listened to the problem and relayed a situation that made sense. He was also able to reinforce the hardware to make our door more secure and I think safer. We have two cats and two kids. Safety is so important to me- nevermind I squished the door on an empty wagon. At least I know who will do a great job!!

The professional showed up within the 4-hour window. He went through a though check of every component of the system. He explained very clearly what components needed to be replaced. Then he used a pad connected to the office via internet to give me a quote. He completed installing a new opener and replaced all defected components within three hours. A invoice was sent to me after a few minutes to my email. The system works great! This is the second time we used Precision. The office answered the Hone calls promptly. Very professional!

Thank you for a job well done! An exciting early morning for us- upon my husband‘s departure for work shortly before 7 AM, the garage door popped out of it‘s guide rails and tore some of the brackets away from the garage frame, twisted the rails and making for a lop-sided hanging door that would no longer budge nor close. Needless to say, unsettling if you can’t lock or leave your home! By 7:30AM I had made the appointment with Priscilla for same day service. Gabriel, our technician, called ahead and showed up as promised, assessed the damage ( one of the sorings had broken and caused things to jump out of the rails). The technician gave me 2 options, afterwhich he proceeded to replace the broken spring(s) , center bearing etc. Before noon our garage door was back to functioning as it should, including it’s glass panels still intact and in place, all joints and the main track freshly lubed as well as the alarm system still talking to the base.... Appreciated the clear options, the dialogue on eye level and not being up-sold something we did not need or budget for! Way to go- can only recommend the company and Gabriel was spot on, knowledgeable and courteous- MUCH OBLIGED!

Ken arrived within the specified time window - he was very polite and courteous. He replaced both torsion springs in our Martin up and over garage door and adjusted the tension to balance the door. Our garage door started making a loud noise whenever we would close it. We called Precision Door Services and they sent out Mike, he arrived on time and was able to get our garage door working by replacing the springs that hold up the door. He was quick and got the job done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
