Appreciate the appointment confirmation email before our repair and the asking if our experience was more than satisfactory after the job. The owners really seem to care about their customers. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable person. Honest and straightforward about what was working well with our garage door system and what needed some work. I like how professional Precision was with the email confirming appointment time, calling ahead, explaining everything before doing any work and following up to make sure I was satisfied.
