I like to use Diamond Certified companies especially for service jobs because they are almost always trustworthy and have the Diamond Certified satisfaction guarantee. So when I knew Precision Garage Doors had a good reputation and was Diamond Certified, it was an easy decision. They sent this very experienced and personable technician named Mike. Was nice and was a big baseball fan (Giants!). The whole experience (other than my garage door not working first thing in the morning before I called) could not have been better. If you don't want to gamble, call Precision.
