Great service. Mario is our technician and he is courteous and patient in explaining every single detail. We had great communication, especially on the timing side. I expressed a potential time conflict due to a coming meeting; he delivered a time estimate and made it smoothly (no rushing at all). The service quality is high. I am happy with a properly working and quiet door!

Be prepared to pay at least $1,700 for repair (my garage door had a broken spring). The repairman did a efficient job of repairing my garage door. He did something to let me raise the door in case of a power failure, but he didn't tell me what it was, and now I am unable to raise the door by myself. I assume he did this to require me to call for repair in case of a power failure. Not cool!

Excellent service! Answered my call quickly. Since it was already evening, a service appointment was scheduled for first thing the next morning. A technician arrived promptly, after calling to give us notice that he was on the way. Our door was serviced and there was no attempt to upsell or convince us to buy another opener. I highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service that I got. Mario was very efficient, courteous and helpful. He installed a new garage door opener and checked my gararge door. Took the time to set up my remote in my car and install the app on my phone. The work was done in about an hour. Price was reasonable and competitive. Would definitely recommend to others.

I hate having service people in my home. The Precision door tech came out was extremely friendly. He looked like he enjoyed his job. He recommended I replace my rollers and springs so I did. It was a good deal. I am confident I won't need to repair my door again based on how smooth it is running.

The service was great and it was fast. The door was stalling every time I opened it and it was getting quite frustrating. I called on a Saturday morning and they were actually able to get someone over that afternoon to not only look at it, but actually fixed the door while they were there by installing new springs and rollers.
