The Precision Door Service installed our second garage door 5 years ago. They were very professional and personable. We had no problem with the door till early this morning. I had trouble opening the garage door and had to disengage it. They immediately booked a service in a same day. But it ended up nothing was wrong with the door but some insect blocked a sensor. We appreciated our service man, Jonathan coming all the way just to find a little spider in the sensor. THANK YOU!

Phillip Nguyen was very professional and did a great work repairing our garage door. He fixed everything that needed to get fixed in about an hour. After he was done with the repairs he took the time to go over with me to make sure everything was properly working. He gave me some tips about the regular maintenance to the garage door to extend the life of it. Price was fair and he did an excellent job. We are 100% satisfied with the services. This is the second time we have use the services of Precision Door Service and I recommend them 100%.

Very professional and thorough service, our tech was scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, same day. We received a call notifying that he may be able to arrive a little early. Received another call shortly after saying it'll be a little bit later due to being rerouted, many techs won't even bother to notify you they'll just show up late. Arrived on site, gave an opinion on what was required to complete the job as expected, discussed additional options to improve the performance of the system. Not a quick and easy job due to the the door being installed poorly by the prior techs, but it was dialed in and running smooth before you knew it on a Sunday afternoon. Thx

Alex was great! My door was out of commission right in the middle of the corona virus. Alex arrived with his mask on, explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and started in. He was very efficient and had the job done in no time. I am a happy customer!

I waited too long to complete this review and now have forgotten the young man's name. Regardless, I've been impressed with my two interactions with this company as it's clear they emphasize customer service. I find that refreshing because they really are the only name when it comes to this service and I'm not sure they need to go the extra mile. The young man who fixed my issue is attending college in Santa Clara, Ca. and will soon be graduating AND getting married. He's from Tennessee I believe and was a true pleasure to talk to. So I'd like to tell you as an owner of this company how impressed I was with your employee. I'd also tell his parents if I had the chance, you raised a fine young man and should be commended. This company really is something special!

The replacement of my broken torsion spring was timely, efficient, and of high quality. Mike R. was skilled and polite. His work was excellent. My only complaint is the price of replacement safety cables. Adding the cables would have added about $300 to my bill. A set of two cables costs only $8.98 at Home Depot. I would have trotted over there, bought a pair, and installed them before Mike arrived with the replacement spring had I been warned about the high price of cables through Precision.

Blake did an outstanding job. We had a 26 yr. old system in need of major repair. Blake laid out three different options for the work, including costs, warranties, and discounts. We opted for the complete repair and replacement of the system including two new remote controllers. Blake worked diligently and thoroughly with minimum clutter to our garage. His people skills and customer service were exceptionally high. He showed us how to operate the new system, and we were delighted with the smooth quiet operation, once installed. Blake also made strategic adjustments to the frame of the system to avoid wear and tear on the moving parts, the garage door itself, and improve alignment of the whole system. We would highly recommend Blake and Precision Door to anyone.

Gabriel arrived within 2 hours of my initial call to Precision Door Service - VERY FAST ! He had all the attributes of a Bay Scout - helpful, knowledgeable, polite, accommodating ( I guess I don't remember the Boy Scout code as well as I used to.) But he was very good. He diagnosed and fixed the door closing issue I was experiencing and did a few other odds and ends I mentioned to him. Overall my satisfaction couldn't be higher : - ) Thanks !

Technician was supposed to arrive between 8-12. He called at 12:30 saying that he would arrive at 1. Once it was determined that our garage door opener needed replacement, the installer sold us the most expensive opener without offering any options. It would have been better if he had been on time and provided an option of openers instead of immediately jumping to the most expensive. I would not recommend this company to friends/family. Installation was done competently.

Precision Door Service was prompt and courteous when we called. They did not push us for emergency repair, instead we asked if it was an option. They were able to send a technician out within a couple hours, phone ahead notification was timely and the service was excellent. Paulino walked us through the entire process and made suggestions, there was no agenda. Very impressed with the technicians knowledge of the mechanics of our overhead garage door.
