We found your company in the yellow pages. I checked out the websites of all other competitors and this company called my attention the most. I loved the fact that we were guaranteed an appointment the same day and that the yellow pages ad also guaranteed that all technicians are sent out with all parts...no waiting for parts needed! Our technician, Mike R., was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem within 10-15 minutes of getting started and made sure that it was working properly before leaving. I had never called Precision Garage Door before. I found them on google. So I call and they immediately answer the phone (like the ad says) and this lovely woman named Ashley? answers all my questions and sets up an appointment the same day. Mike the technician comes to my home and very quickly and efficiently goes about fixing our garage door after explaining why it was not working. Really happy I called Precision Door and will definitely use them again.
