An excellent experience overall. When our garage door crashed down on a Saturday we thought our cars might be trapped inside over the weekend. However our immediate telephone contact led to a same-day appointment. The serviceman (Joel) arrived on time and quickly completed a comprehensive repair. He explained our need, gave an acceptable estimate, and kept us fully informed as he proceeded. By the time he departed, we thought of him as friend. Full marks, all round.

Mr. Brinkman was personable, professionable and well equiped for thw issues on our old wooden garage door and it's 1980's opener. Within minutes he had assessed the problems, made some adjustments and other recommended services we would need in the future. After living with our problem for many years, we were very happy with his work. We recommend Precision's services to anyone who wants professional knowledge, experience and courtesy.

Technician was courteous but trying to sell me snake oil????. Told me that my bearings need replacement because of my failed spring. That's BS. Coated springs? Another upcharge! Oh, my rollers are bad, really? And my opener is old and needs to be looked at? What a croc! $950 estimate for a broken spring? You are out of your f....g mind. Had to pay $70 for telling me this crap? I want my money refunded or I will let Social Media know about your unethical tactics. BTW, had the spring replaced today, $300????.

Philip was courteous, friendly, and above all, professional. He made the needed repairs and tests. He went beyond the minimum by installing a larger wire to handle the digital signals and he secured the control pad on the wall. I would like to have his service again some time. Also the office was easy to schedule the work.

Your people replaced the garage door mechanism some years ago and installed the device to open the door from outside (which I have found very helpful). It was this device that needed a new battery which, when one of my daughters removed the old battery also removed a small part of one of the connectors. I was very favorably impressed with Philip's manners and expertise; I, however, found the service a bit expensive.

I just had new rails and springs put in by Precision a little while ago. Mike was very professioanl and friendly however he could not waive the service fee. I called the office and they were very nice and waived the service fee since I was a repeat customer.

Jose was very professional and knowledgeable person. Honest and straightforward about what was working well with our garage door system and what needed some work. I like how professional Precision was with the email confirming appointment time, calling ahead, explaining everything before doing any work and following up to make sure I was satisfied. Great service at a fair price. Will call again if I ever need help. Have the 7 year warranty!

My LiftMaster garage stopped working last Saturday due to code change failure. Phillip and his colleague arrived this afternoon and quickly reprogrammed the outside remote and car remotes. Phillip noticed that one of the roller guides had jumped the rail and replaced it with a new one. Thank you, also, to the young assistant who lubricated the LiftMaster track and chain. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Santa Cruz County! ????
