I just had new rails and springs put in by Precision a little while ago. Mike was very professioanl and friendly however he could not waive the service fee. I called the office and they were very nice and waived the service fee since I was a repeat customer.

Jose was very professional and knowledgeable person. Honest and straightforward about what was working well with our garage door system and what needed some work. I like how professional Precision was with the email confirming appointment time, calling ahead, explaining everything before doing any work and following up to make sure I was satisfied. Great service at a fair price. Will call again if I ever need help. Have the 7 year warranty!

Had our springs replaced . The service tech was on time and did a good job fixing our door. We were surprised we had to replace both springs and a bearing too which led us to paying more tha we wanted. Hopefully the high cycle springs will last.

Appreciate the appointment confirmation email before our repair and the asking if our experience was more than satisfactory after the job. The owners really seem to care about their customers. Precision Door Services send out a technician to diagnose my problem, and Technician Identified my rollers and springs and explained different options, I checked around and their prices are very competitive so I set up an appointment and the installed was very quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Just the fact that they could come out the same day and within a few hours from my phone call was fantastic. The technician Ricky reviewed the problem and quickly replaced the problems in a timely manner. I had never called Precision Garage Door before. I found them on google. So I call and they immediately answer the phone (like the ad says) and this lovely woman named Ashley? answers all my questions and sets up an appointment the same day. Mike the technician comes to my home and very quickly and efficiently goes about fixing our garage door after explaining why it was not working. Really happy I called Precision Door and will definitely use them again.
