Called Precision Garage Door because their ad said they have enough technicians,trucks and parts to have same day repair. Sure enough when I called the lady immediately answered the phone and scheduled Brandon to come out same day. Brandon was very respectful and competent. The service was great, Brandon H. called 45 minutes before he arrived, arrived on time, clearly defined my options, and did a beautiful install. He answered all my q.uestions, and explained all my options if I decide to install a new garage door at a later date. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend Precision to anyone interested in garage door replacement or repair

Matt who said he has installed or repaired over 2,000 garage doors was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. Then they took the extra time to ensure door was operating perfectly. We are giving you a 5-Star rating. Our garage door would not open. Malek came on time. He was confident, polite, and competent. He told us because of age, (about 15 years), the springs were not working. He went over the different options with us on the repair, and we chose the package . This comes with a 10-year warranty on parts and one year on labor. He did the work efficiently in a little over half and hour. He even added a handle on the back door, noticing that it's hard for me to lift the door manually in the event electricity goes out. The garage door opens smoothly now, with much less noice than before. We would recommend Malek and your co.'s service.

Paulino was great! He arrived on time, gave me a good explanation of the work that needed to be done and was able to our garage door and garage door opener working perfectly quickly. The person on the phone was not good though.
