Jerry was amazing he called and gave me a time when he expected to be here just a 15 minute window. Checked out my old opener and found pretty much what was expected too old an not worth repairing. He put in a new opener very quickly and clearly explained the operation. He also checked out the other doors openers and tracks and made some minor adjustments and lubed them. I am extremely satisfied with his work and thoroughness. When my other opener fails I know just who to call.

My garage door was not working and so I called Precision. Jerry, technician, assigned for my work was out on a job and gave me time he would be coming. He called beforehand and arrived on time. Jerry is a great technician with tons of knowledge. He explained each and every part of the system as he was checking it and let me know the pros and cons of the different type of parts. He completed inspection and gave me 3 options to choose from to get the work done. No sales pressure! I selected the option and he got the job done in a very short time. He is very knowledgeable and provide a lot of information on the work to be done and during the repair. Jerry did an outstanding job of finding and fixing the root cause of the problem like a regular Sherlock Holmes. And did the repair (replaced worn out end bearing plates and adjusted the tracks) on the spot in a reasonable time for a reasonable price without trying to sell me anything extra. He worked like a master craftsman, skilled and professional at his work, and people like him make America great. In contrast, another Diamond Certified company (who should be sued and put out of business) had sent a man earlier that day who after a cursory look told me I needed to replace several major parts, without even bothering to investigate (e.g. "all double doors have two springs, you just have one" with no explanation why it had worked fine for 14 years that way) and wrote out a quote that was 4X higher!!

Great customer service!! I tried the original door installer to repair my broken lift spring, but they didn't call me back for almost a day, so I called your company. Fast and responsive service...on a very hot Saturday! My garage door was jammed in the open position and would not budge and it was 1:55PM here on Thursday 6/25. I called Precision Garage Door Repair and Priscilla answered the phone. I told here I was in a jackpot because I could not close the door (even the manual latch would not work) and I was facing the possibility the door would be stuck open overnight. She was so sweet and said not to worry, a technician would show up between 4-6PM today. Technician Jerry Parker called me at 2:30PM and said he'd be here at 2:45PM. I could not have had a better technician. Jerry immediately fixed the problem and did a normal service call that tuned up both of my doors so they now work better than ever. He also "coached me up" so I'm much more knowledgable about my equipment. ???????????????????? across the board for this outstanding service organization !!

One of the overhead springs holding our garage door broke, with the car locked in. Jerry from Precision Garage Door arrived the *same day* I called within just a few hours and fixed the problem quickly by replacing both the broken spring and the other one. Jerry was extremely friendly, gave me options, and answered all my questions. Beyond just fixing the problem, Jerry exceeded my expectations by giving the garage door a quick lube and now it operates much quieter. He also replaced the J connector with a more compact one which gives my low-ceiling garage greater clearance -- a nice little upgrade that a professional eye may spot immediately, while I didn't even know it's a possibility. Overall, Jerry not only the problem, but he also made the garage door work even better than it did before it broke. The only reason I give 4 rather than 5 stars is that the repair was overall rather pricey, at $520 (for 2 springs and a few smaller parts). I suppose this is a company pricing policy rather than Jerry's, but I think this is on the higher end of the price range for such a repair.

Jerry did a great job in fixing a garage door that wouldn't open. He assured me that the door itself and the rails were well-installed, and that I wouldn't need a new motor after proper springs were installed. And he was right.
