Luis was great installing our garage door and Mike was real helpful in making us the decision on which door was right for us. We compared Precision with other companies and they were the best combination of professional and reasonably priced. People on the phone were just average. I have always called Precision when I have garage door issues.Ricky worked very hard and solved the problem of how we were going to get into the garage with the door broken. There was an issue with scheduling that was handled to my satisfaction. He answered all my questions like a nice, patient young man and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Thank you.

I just had new rails and springs put in by Precision a little while ago. Mike was very professioanl and friendly however he could not waive the service fee. I called the office and they were very nice and waived the service fee since I was a repeat customer.

Had our springs replaced . The service tech was on time and did a good job fixing our door. We were surprised we had to replace both springs and a bearing too which led us to paying more tha we wanted. Hopefully the high cycle springs will last.

Matt did a good job installing the garage door. He could have cleaned up better but it was minor. It looks good and we are happy we upgraded.

Five on Technician and quality but 3(-) on call center handling issue and appt date. When called on issue told one thing and they then called back to say another in 5 minutes. Never got a reschedule to morning and show Technician to come out Sunday evening instead of early Morning morning. Confusing. Supposely 24hours & Tech on duty?? When asked to speak to owner as web says got run around and should talk to manager and when I asked if Pat the owner was manager told no, so responded why talk to him when clearly addresses he wants to know. No answer. Polite and finished. Think needs to be better scrip in data call center on escalation and what owner of business says!

Ricky did an OK job fixing my broken garage door. He also changed our rollers. He was pretty late which was not so good.
