Very professional service. Travis did a thorough review of my very old and unusually large door. Significant issues were shown to me and fix options were clearly explained. Travis got right to work and replaced springs, bearings, and rollers so the door rolls easily and quietly. The opener was replaced. The bottom seal was replaced. All needed parts were on the truck. Everything was carefully adjusted and runs almost silently. All this done right away. I am confident that the door will function well for a long time. My door is now much safer! Thanks to Travis and Precision!
